Here’s how different countries in the region responded to the Lovemarks and Top Of Mind surveys by Estrategia y Negocios magazine. This periodic study creates a ranking based on public responses to a survey about various brands that stand out in the region.
- Guatemala (Top of Mind): Pasta Ina and Pollo Rey (poultry) led in the Pasta and Raw Chicken categories, respectively, with Pasta Ina reaching a Top of Mind average of 75% and Pollo Rey 73%. Similarly, Pollo Campero restaurants and Toledo sausages were highlighted as emblematic brands of the country, with Pollo Campero also classified as one of the best fast-food restaurants.
- Guatemala (Lovemarks): Pollo Campero was recognized in the Lovemarks Signature Brand and Lovemarks Restaurants categories, while Pollo Rey stood out as a Signature Brand. Pasta Ina and Toledano were also recognized in the Lovemarks Food category.
- El Salvador (Top of Mind and Lovemarks): Pollo Indio, Toledo, Pasta Ina, and Pasta Fama were part of the Top of Mind, standing out in their respective categories. Additionally, Pollo Indio was placed within the Lovemarks Food category.
- Honduras (Lovemarks): Pastas Ina was recognized in the Lovemarks Food category.
