Carolina Baltodano, leader of the Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship team at CMI has underscored the importance of caring for company employee health and safety. In her experience, promoting occupational health and industrial safety practices not only guarantees the physical and emotional well-being of workers but has a positive impact on their productivity and motivation to work.

In addition, CMI performs around one thousand annual simulations in different Corporate sites to evaluate the efficacy of response plans and teams in the face of emergencies. Last year, over 50,000 training hours were delivered, showing the company’s commitment and dedication to continuous occupational health and safety training for its work teams.
